Overview
AIMMS Storyboard Manager is a professional storyboard management software for film and video production. We offer permanent licenses for individual users. Each individual license is issued per person and associated to an email address supplied at purchase.
License Types
- Permanent License: One-time purchase with lifetime access to all current features
- Version Compatibility: License covers v1.x versions with free updates during the version cycles of 1.x

- Standard Price: AU$35 (pricing varies by region/currency)
- Currency Support: We accept payments in multiple currencies based on your location (Stripe)

Refund Policy
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital software licenses, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for technical issues only and issued at our discretion.
- A one-time 30-day trial is available with the software download to allow users to be certain it works on their platform before purchasing a license.
- Eligibility: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase
- Process: Contact licenses@markdkberry.com with your order details and description of technical issues
- Non-Refundable: Licenses are non-refundable for change of mind or compatibility issues with your hardware/software environment. Please use the 30-day trial of the software that is available to download without purchase, before buying a license.

- License Delivery: Automatic email delivery within 5 minutes of successful payment
- Activation: Licenses must be activated through the AIMMS application licensing dialogue (Help → Activate License)
- License Support: Email support for license-related issues
- Documentation: Comprehensive user guides and tutorials available on our website
- Response Time: Typically 24-48 hours for license support inquiries
- Technical Issues: Other issues of a technical nature should be logged on the github issues page if they relate directly to the AIMMS software application functionality

- Data Protection: We respect your privacy and do not store payment information, you deal directly with Stripe services
- Security: All transactions are processed through Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing
- License Security: Licenses are digitally signed and tied to your email address for security. A hashed copy of the license file is securely stored on our servers.
