This document is in reference to AIMMS - storyboard management software and it's licensing

What AIMMS is

AIMMS Storyboard Manager is desktop software sold as a one-time license. It is a professional storyboard management software designed for filmmakers, video producers, and creatives to organize, manage, and visualize their storyboard projects efficiently.

License Grant

Your license is:

• Non-exclusive: You may use the software but others may also purchase licenses
• Non-transferable: The license is tied to your individual email address
• Personal or studio use: For individual use or small studio operations
• Perpetual: Version 1.x license is valid for lifetime use

What's not allowed

You may not:

• Resell the software or license to others
• Distribute or share license files with anyone
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Modify or create derivative works based on the software

No Support / No Guarantees

The software is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about:

• Software performance or reliability
• Compatibility with your hardware or software environment
• Freedom from bugs or errors
• Ongoing availability or support

Updates

Your license includes:

• Free updates during the v1.x version cycle
• All current features and functionality
• Future major versions (v2.0, etc.) may require a separate purchase

Liability Limitation

We are not responsible for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Downtime or business interruption
• Missed deadlines or project delays
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of software licenses and the availability of a 30-day free trial, all sales are final. No refunds are offered except where required by applicable law.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
