🎬 About the Project

I decided to do a short punchy video dedicated to world peace. All it needed was some hot models wearing country flags and lots of guns. I couldn't find an existing tune that fit right, so I wrote one to go with it. It had to be hard house, what else would fit. The only AI model out at the time was Hunyuan and it was experimental to get right.

⚠️ Key Challenges

• Character Consistency

  Hunyuan text-to-video back then didnt stick to much.

• Legs, Hair, Body Shape

  Nothing liked to stay where it should.

• Clothing Consistency

  Bikinis, no problem.

• Psychological Toll

  Probably more on the viewer than me, it got booted off a public AI video sharing site pretty quickly.

🔧 Workflows & Tools Used

I have it down in my notes for the project that this was a two stage process to get the video clips. Not sure why. Maybe resizing or something. Both workflows are shared in the zip. Here are my original notes:

"It was a two step process making the clip, then a second run refining it. I didnt upscale in most cases but could have. I set myself a time limit of 5 days to finish these so try to get them done quick. NSFW because some of the loras that came with one workflow are xxx but I wasnt using those, they just came with the original workflow and I never removed them. honestly. haha."

  • The first workflow originated from a user profile called LatentDream on civitai who had been adapting them since Hunyuan model came out in Dec 2024 and offered lots of helpful advice on his profile. Whether that still exists I don't know. I have since moved onto using Wan 2.1 models.

⏱️ Time & Energy Investment

→ Total: In the early days, I set myself a limit of 5 days per project, otherwise I would get lost fiddling around with nonsense.

💻 Hardware

• GPU: RTX 3060 (12GB VRAM)

• RAM: 32GB

• OS: Windows 10

All of it was done on a regular home PC.

🧰 Software Stack

• ComfyUI (Hunyuan t2v)

• Davinci Resolve 19 – Final edit.

🎨 Loras Used & Trained

(xxx Loras are listed in the workflow but I never used them, just bypassed the nodes)

I did use a Palestine flag Lora in the last shot to get it to sit with the Israel flag. That was downloaded from Civitai.

📺 Resolution & Rendering Details

I don't recall resolution size, it was small, probably in the workflows. But I do recall it was hit or miss to get it looking viable to use.

😵‍💫 Final Thoughts

Bae's With Guns deserves to be it's own genre. I'll do another one like it when I get time.
